About Solshire

The firm behind the work.

Solshire was founded on a simple belief: most SaaS companies don’t need another agency. They need a senior operator who’ll own the number, do the work, and stay in the trenches with them.

Our story

Small on purpose. Deep by default.

We started Solshire because we’d spent enough years inside SaaS companies — and inside the sales orgs that supported them — to know what most founders actually need. It’s not another agency. Not another SDR pod. Not another “growth partner” with a template deck. It’s a senior operator who will own the number and stay accountable for the outcome.

Today we work with a small number of SaaS companies each year. Some are pre-revenue founders taking their first swings at outbound. Others are Series B teams looking to protect and expand a growing book of business. Different stages, same principle: senior hands, real ownership, work that outlasts the engagement.

Every engagement has a number attached to it. Every engagement is led by a partner. And every engagement is designed to hand off cleanly — because the goal isn’t to make you dependent on us. It’s to leave your revenue engine stronger than we found it.

Principles

What we hold to.

i.
Truth before comfort.
If we’re not telling you something a nicer consultant wouldn’t, we’re not doing our job. The value is in the disagreement, not the deck.
ii.
Senior hands, always.
A partner leads every engagement, front to back. We don’t staff up with junior teams and disappear.
iii.
Fewer, better clients.
We cap our engagement load on purpose. It’s the only way to give each client the attention the work requires.
iv.
Revenue that compounds.
The best sales work outlives the engagement. We build pipelines, playbooks, and account relationships that keep producing after we’re gone — not just deals that close on our watch.

Founder

Who you’ll work with.

Marco
Founder & Principal

Marco founded Solshire after more than a decade in SaaS sales and account management — spanning early-stage startups where he was the first commercial hire to growth-stage companies where he managed strategic-account books. He built Solshire to give founders access to that operator experience without the cost, and rigidity, of a full-time executive hire.

His work has covered the full revenue lifecycle: outbound prospecting, complex enterprise sales, strategic account management, renewals and expansion, and building sales functions from zero. He’s carried a number at every stage of company — from founder-led selling to nine-figure territories.

He is based in Maryland and works with SaaS clients across North America.
